We recommend submitting your custom cookie inquiry as soon as you have an event date in mind. Custom cookies require time for planning, designing, baking, and decorating to ensure every detail is just right.

To provide the best experience, we require at least 2 weeks' notice for all custom cookie orders.

Need cookies sooner? We may be able to accommodate last-minute requests based on availability. Orders accepted with less than 2 weeks' notice will incur a rush fee of $20 per dozen cookies.

Payment is due upon receipt of your invoice. Your order is not considered confirmed until payment has been received.

Once your invoice is paid, your event date and pickup date will be reserved on our calendar.

Invoices must be paid within 72 hours of being issued. Unpaid invoices will be automatically canceled, and your requested date may become available for other orders.

Each cookie is individually heat-sealed in a cellophane bag to help maintain freshness. When stored at room temperature in its sealed packaging, your cookies will stay fresh for up to 2 weeks.

If you'd like to enjoy them later, cookies can be frozen for up to 3 months. Simply place the sealed cookies in an airtight container or freezer-safe bag. When you're ready to enjoy them, allow them to come to room temperature before opening the packaging to prevent condensation from affecting the icing.
